Child Protection Policy
The Company of Four recognises its duty of care under the Children and Young Persons Act 1963, the Child (Performances) Regulations 1968, the Protection of Children Act 1999 and the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000. This Policy has been adapted from the NODA Model Child Protection Policy dated May 2005.
Child Photographic & Video Imagery Policy
The Company of Four welcomes positive publicity and there are many occasion on which it is a good thing to make uses of photographs and video images that include children and young people . This is perfectly proper and to be encouraged. However, the Company will do all it can to ensure that images are used properly, to establish the right balance between the proper use of technology and the safety of our children and young people at all times. Children & young persons are defined as being under 16 years.
All children who take part in a performance require supervision by licensed adult called a Chaperone.
